B) START OF CONSTRUCTION CALENDER OF EVENTS
– Regular meetings with Builder – On the Job Site
– Scheduled Meetings with Suppliers – Various Locations
C) Monthly “Bank Draws”
– Supplier & Subcontractor Monthly Invoices to Bank
– Payment Disbursements via Title Company
D) Final Walk Thru & Punch List
E) Final Occupancy, Close on the Construction Loan, Start of Mortgage Loan
